Preorder Shipping

HERO x AliveShoes preorder footwear is handcrafted in Italy by AliveShoes. Orders will only be fulfilled once the minimum of 50 preorders has been reached. Once the threshold is met, production begins and estimated timelines are as follows:

• Production begins: approximately 4–6 weeks after the preorder minimum is reached (subject to change)
• Estimated delivery: approximately 8–10 weeks from production start (subject to change)

All timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to production or logistics factors. Customers will receive email updates at each stage.

Shipping Origin

Preorder items ship from Italy via international carrier. Domestic and international shipping options will be calculated at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Standard Orders

For non-preorder products, orders typically ship within 3–7 business days from the time of purchase. Delivery times vary by location.
