Welcome to HERO Footwear, operated by Texas Movement International LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or placing an order through hero.texasmovement.com, you agree to the following terms.

1. Preorder Agreement

By placing a preorder for HERO x AliveShoes footwear, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) your payment is collected in full at checkout; (b) production begins only after a minimum of 50 preorders are received; (c) if the minimum is not reached, you will receive a full refund; (d) all preorder sales are final once production has commenced; and (e) estimated timelines are subject to change.

2. Product Information

We strive to display product colors and descriptions accurately. Actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. Product images are for illustrative purposes.

3. Pricing

Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change. The price at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.

4. Intellectual Property

5. Limitation of Liability
